How to tell right from wrong.

One thing many parents and teachers struggle with these days is how to teach their kids/students right from wrong. Whether its the right from wrong answer on an exam or something more serious like whats the right thing to do or the wrong thing to do in particular situation. And I've come up with a litmus test for the latter as far as politics go. Who or whatever Sarah Palin endorses, its wrong (link1, link2).

Case in point; Whether or not you believe what Arizona is doing right now is right or wrong, is beside the point. From reading the earlier links you should know that it is wrong since Palin is backing the plans. But take a look at who is running this show in Arizona. Republican Governor Jan Brewer recently had this to say, "God has placed me in this powerful position as Arizona's governor". Really? Don't you think the voters had something to do with that?? Delusional.

Republicans and God, why do they hate us?

Republicans love God. God hates The United States of America. Therefore Republicans hate the US.

Simple logic really. Republicans ESPECIALLY Tea Baggers love them some God. And statements from top Republicans and Tea Baggers the past few weeks point to the fact that God really does hate The United States. So it only follows that Republicans hate US.

Statement #1: Texas Governor (R) Rick Perry recently claimed the explosion, resulting oil spillage, and what could only result in an environmental disaster off the gulf coast was "just an act of God".
So god is punishing the US first by Katrina, then by the off shore oil rig explosion. What have those Gulf Coast states done to deserve this much anger? And since when has God been responsible for non-natural disasters?

Statement #2: Tea Bagger and "Drill Baby Drill" girl, Sarah Palin recently said "Go back to what our founders and our founding documents meant -- they're quite clear -- that we would create law based on the God of the bible and the ten commandments." I almost feel like I'm shooting fish in the barrel picking on this statement, but lets dive in!

Law #1: Exodus 21:7. Sexy Sarah wants to be able to sell her daughters into slavery. How much do you think she can get for Bristol? When know she puts out!

Law #2: Exodus 35:2. Sarah recently spoke in Wichita Kansas on May 2nd. A SUNDAY!! I think Todd should be the one to put her out of her misery.

Law #3: Leviticus 11. Sarah wants all the hog farmers put out of work. Puts a whole new twist on the pig and lip stick remark! It would also require us to get rid of the NFL! How anti-American are the Tea Baggers?

Law #4: Leviticus 25:44 Would allow us to enslave Canadians. And since they have their own health care system, they'd wouldn't be a burden upon our new system! Yet another reason to keep the Mexicans out!!

Thank you all for the warm congratulatory wishes. This new adventure is going to be truly awesome.

Sorry for not keeping up the blog as I should. Free time, even 10 minutes worth, is hard to come by these days. Once the summer is over and I'm settled in to my new adventure, I'm sure the blog will come alive again. Until then unless I'm slapped in the face with something new, a twitter of a post is all that will likely seen.

Reports are coming in that Mr. Moran is making an name for himself in Lafayette County, Missouri. Which is near Warrensburg, MO where my blog posters tell me he is working. I sure hope Benton County has been given a heads up on Moran as well!

On March 16th Lawrence J. Moran announced on his myspace blog that it was "time to let 'her' go" and seemed to indicate he was stepping away from blogging. Oh but we knew better then that didn't we...

Sure enough less then a month later Mr. Moran cuts and pastes a blog from another website that is over a year old. What? You have nothing more current to say or talk about?

My favorite recent post, his excerpt from chapter one of his supposed book "Left For Dead" was highly anticipated by no one. So what new information does Mr. Moran share with us?? Oh, it's just a cut and paste of a Rita Cosby MSNBC transcript. Just goes to show, Mr. Moran hasn't had an original thought in years. But wait Mr. Crainium, what about his excerpt on his companies website? Same thing, not an original word written.

Which brings me to the main point of this blog that I've been meaning to write for some time but just haven't had a chance. It was brought to my attention and I've made mention of it before, that on his companies website Moran states "The Moran Companies, 501(c)3 Copyright 2007-2009 All Rights Reserved". A 501(c) company, really? Whom exactly did the William's Family pay for Mr. Moran services, The Moran Company?? Where did this money go??? Has Mr. Moran filed the appropriate tax returns on this income????

According to what I have found, 501(c)3 company is "subject to limits or absolute prohibitions on engaging in political activities". Which means all his campaigning against Sheriff DiNatale was illegal.

If you feel the same you should should visit the IRS and tell them exactly that with this form.

Embryonic Stem Cell Research

Its been awhile since my last post. Life has been crazy busy here. But that is all about to change for the better.

So my secret army of squirrels tell me that my favorite nut is unemployed again. Go figure. The nut held a job long enough to pay the taxes on his lavish dupo abode. However not long enough to keep up the service on his companies website (I'm guessing) which still reads Happy VD.

So to get into the swing of blogging I thought I would take a chance and rant about those against embryonic stem cell research. Your ignorant. That's it. Plan and simple. I feel better now thanks.

If you are opposed to embryonic stem cell research in what ever way shape or form you need to sign a contract with your doctor that states you refuse any medical treatment that is advanced based upon stem cell research. AND HONOR THE DAMN CONTRACT.

What a difference a day makes

Looks like Lawrence Moran thinks he is getting his big break!! And in the process saved me from writing part II of my previous blog. Moran's myspace has been made public again and his "company's" website moran companies has been changed from Christian counseling to criminal profiling. This guy changes career's about as often as he changes his underwear.

I find it strange that this biography of Alexander Pichushkin isn't listed on Biography's website. I also find it strange that Moran has had his involvement listed on this project for what seems like a year ago and its just now airing. Well maybe it really is going to air now. Maybe Lawrence J. Moran is just full of hot air.

So I've been reading thru his blog or should I say tip toeing thru the BS. How can he seriously write this?? So one thing I've gleamed is that his wife is supposedly sick. Too bad. But I read something else into all this. Either he is out of work and desperately looking for work. OR he is working. Either way he has been too busy to update his profile or finish a single project he has started.

This brings me to my question of the week. I've got a free beer or diet Coke for any and all information on Mr. Moran's current job. Ever since someone on the blog suggested he worked for Home Depot, I wonder what this guy really does to make ends meet. I also just reread an old post that Lawrence Moran challanged DiNatale to a debate of some sort. How could we arrange something similar for Moran? I'm thinking a web cast of some sort. Any suggestions?

A new administration brings back the old Moran. Part I

Yes he's at it again. And as Mr. Moran reads this his mouth is probably drooling with anticipation. Get a Kleenex ready.

His old website www.morancompanies.com is up and running again, and as promised he is claiming to be a multi-denominational christian counselor. Gone are the days of old, Larry being a criminal profile that is. Or is it?? See a while back I got an email from Mr. Moran via myspace.

Just wanted to update you on my book, Dr. Shelton. "Left for Dead: The true story of child sexual predator Samson Shelton" will be going straight to ebook this Christmas.

So obviously Moron wasn't a very good criminal profile. First off he still claims that he knows who I am. REALLY? yes really. But beyond that Samson was never charged with or accused of anything along the lines of a sexual predator. The only unrefuted facts of the case was Ashley's stalking and or obsession of Samson. So this obviously points to Mr. Moran's ineffectiveness as a criminal profiler. He can't even read the newspaper and analyze those facts correctly.

I truly feel sorry for you and the hatred in your heart towards those who have written the truth about your brother and your mother. I understand the truth surely hurts but we are just the messengers.

As a child hood friend of Samson and his brother I dare be bold enough to speak for them on this subject. They think you're full of shit and really couldn't give a rats ass about you. Let lone hate you. Hating you would lend some kind of credibility to what you have to say. And at the end of the day, the Shelton family have been the most respectful and decent people of everyone involved in this case. You are no messenger my friend you are a snake in the grass poperotzy that failed in your task of making any kind of profit on the coat tails of the Shelton Case, or Maries County,

I'm not sure where the book will go after its e-preview but I suppose we'll just have to wait and see.

On a side note, I'm opening a new Christian clinical psyhology practice in St. Louis in January. This is a joint venture with six other Christian clinical psychologists. We will have two offices opening around the first of the year and are proposing another five by the end of '09. We promise to be the largest Christian clinical psychological corporation in the United States.

No you're not. I've proven in my blogs you can not in any way shape or form open up a psychology practive. You can't even spell it right! I'm sure its a "joint" venture. So I take it this psychological corporation is going to be a "for profit" corporation?? You need to make sure your ducks are in a line before you go any further.

At about the same time as I got the email from Deathhuntr, Mr. Moran posts this on my blog:

Now as I said, I was at dinner when I got the email, so when I got home and online I responded with the above at about 8:20. And then at 8:29 Mr. Moran posts on my blog that he forgives Robert, Dana, and Shannon. AGAIN, why don't you email those people and tell them just that.

I also find it very interesting that Mr. Moran starts off his post with "you know that this entire charade has been a waste of both of our time. " WOW, what a coincidence. They keep piling up.

I will not confirm, deny, or expose my identity. For one it makes you look like idiots when you fight back with your unsubstantiated personal attacks, veiled threats, and outrageous innuendos. Second, the true confidence man would simply walk away knowing he/she was exposed and move on to the next scheme. And finally those with truly lost minds will continue to kick and scream until your that annoying brat at the grocery store, everyone staring at in disbelief, then ignores and wishes would just leave the store.

For if you are truly innocent then you wouldn't have to attack me. You can simply choose to debate me in these posts with your facts. It should not matter who I am If I can site sources that prove you are not who you say you are.

For instance, I have shown that Mr. Moran could not have been a practicing psychologist. Yet in his latest post Moran says:

There was no need to pursue licensure as a clinical psychologist in either Illinois or Missouri because I was exempt under both states psychology boards as having met the educational and religious requirements for private psychotherapeutic practice as a Christian psychologist. If you would have asked I would have been more than glad to tell you. My practice e.g. The Moran Clinic was incorporated in 2001 as a Missouri 501c3.

Now I ask, how is one exempt from a license that is needed to practice? The whole point of the license is proof that you DO HAVE the proper education and clinical experience to practice. 501c3 implies that this was a non-profit corporation, and you would be required to register as a charitable organization with the Missouri Attorney General's Office. What is your charitable organization? Let me guess it no longer exists. Then what was your charity's mission statement? What were your charitable activities?

As my attention has moved off to more important things such as the forthcoming election. So go at Mr. Moran er deathhuntr and leave the political posts to those who actually vote, pay their taxes, and are concerned about our nation.

The police commissioner of the said cities shall have power to regulate and license all private watchmen, private detectives and private policemen, serving or acting as such in said cities, and no person shall act as such private watchman, private detective or private policeman in said cities without first having obtained the written license of the president or acting president of said police commissioners of the said cities, under pain of being guilty of a misdemeanor.

I called the St. Louis Police department (link: http://www.slmpd.org/directory/index.htm) and they have no record of PI named Lawrence Moran.

Conclusion: Moran can only be hired as a private investigator in rural Missouri.

What happened to "Moran Investigations"? In your 2007 C.V. you have that as starting in 2006.

If you fast forward to Moran's "Formal Education" I quote "Capella University – 1999-2005 – M.S. (PhD/ABD) in Clinical Psychology (Emphasis/Specialization in Forensic Psychology) (Cum Laude)"

Conclusion: This is an out right lie.

As the drug court coordinator for the juvenile drug court within the 22nd Judicial Circuit of St. Louis City, Missouri, I was responsible for the development and implementation of the first adolescent alcohol and drug abuse outpatient program within the city limits. The program began with 1 client in 1999 and under my supervision grew to over 250 adolescent referrals from the 22nd Judicial Circuit family court within its first year of operation. I was also professionally responsible for block-grant implementation as well as bringing in the private business sector to help fund the program. I was responsible for bringing the program into both national and state certification levels e.g. Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) and Missouri Association for Drug Court Professionals (MADCP) certification standards. Throughout my tenure with the 22nd Judicial Circuit I was the keynote and breakout speaker on two occasions at the MADCP state conference. I spoke to psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists and counselors on the subject of identification and proper psychological evaluation of suicidal and/or homicidal clients.

Again see above. You can't do this type of work in St. Louis without a Doctorate. ALSO the person who sent me this version of Mr. Moran's life contacted the 22nd Judicial Circuit and no one there could confirm that Moran was ever employed there. In Mr. Moran's 2007 C.V. (see below) this job is not listed.

During this time, I took a professional leave of absence to travel the United States.

The Oklahoma City Street Youth Outreach Program was birthed out of many years trying to get young men and women off of the streets and into a warm place to live, clean clothes to wear and to go to school and find productive employment within the community. I developed the OCSYOP early in 1993 with the help of the Oklahoma City Ministerial Alliance and private business owners. I was able to bring all sectors of the private business community to donate $1.3-Million dollars over a 2-year period. The program is one of the country’s most successful street youth outreach programs and still continues today.

I googled "Oklahoma City Street Youth Outreach Program" and "OCSYOP" and wouldn't you know it, I found nothing.

My duties began in an assistant supervisory deputy role in charge of the male jail, which housed approximately 800 inmates. I was soon promoted to special deputy working with the department’s Inspector General and given the responsibility of developing the department’s first inmate classification system. I was responsible for creating an inmate intake assessment and evaluation protocol based upon many factors e.g. age, race, crimes previously convicted of, current crime(s) charged with, gang affiliation, physical health, and special needs. I was then transferred to the streets where I was attached to the gang intelligence unit gathering further information for study and dissemination as it related to the inmate classification system.

I never knew Tulsa had a gang problem. Too many kids playing Cowboys and Indians?

What a change a year can make!

Now in your 2007 C.V. (see below) you have listed only getting a Certificate in Administration of Justice (60 hours). Now a lot of people mix up the terms "credits" and "hours". Credits would be more correct in this case. Both of which you only need 24 credits for. So do you now claim to have both a AA and a Certificate?
• Langston University – 1990-1993 – B.S. in Corrections and Criminology (Cum Laude)
Previously (2007 C.V.) you listed the following "Langston University (1991-1993) B.S. (124 hours) Corrections and Criminology". So which is it? Did you start in 1990 or 1991? Did it take you 2.5 or 3 years to get your B.S.? Why wouldn't you list an honor such as Cum Laude on your 2007 C.V.?

How do you get the honor of Cum Laude, without actually getting the academic degree? Oh wait that's right you can't. PLUS this only an undergraduate honor not a master's or doctorate honor. The Total program is 65 quarter hours, and 600 practicum hours. So you are 17 hours short of actually having your M.S. Now in order to get a Pys.D. You have to have 145 quarter credits and attend a two week seminar the first year and nine weekends-in-residence seminars the second year. Even if someone was to add up all your Capella hours, thats 98 hours, 47 hours short of just the course work needed for the degree. So you haven't completed all doctoral-level course work. You also need 1,000 practicum hours and 2,000 pre-doctoral internship hours. Why haven't you listed any of these? Maybe because you haven't done any of the clinical training?

Teaching Skill Sets

1. Exercising/Gaining Control of the Class
Communication research clearly reveals that those who talk the most (in terms of frequency and duration) exert the most control over the rhetorical environment. The classroom is no exception. The teacher who chooses to lecture is asking students to listen. He/She is also setting the agenda, choosing the pacing and emphasis, and deciding the order in which concepts will be introduced. In addition, she/he sets the "rules" for interaction. Will he allow interrupting questions during the lecture? Will she save time after the lecture to address student concerns? The lecture, then, serves as a method of control over interaction patterns, organization, and substance.
2. Highlighting Major Ideas
Students are exposed to large quantities of information over the course of a semester. Sometimes, they find it difficult to distinguish major themes, ideas, or concepts from those of less importance. They may also find some of the material they encounter to be difficult or confusing. Through a lecture, the instructor can emphasize those concepts that are really valuable, help students put their knowledge in perspective, and through example and explanation, clarify confusions. Although the number of major points stressed will vary with the length of the class and the sophistication of the student, generally students can absorb about three to five major ideas during a typical classroom lecture, with seven as an absolute maximum. Ideally, these major ideas should be broadly conceptual, presenting stimulating perspectives or idea scaffolds, upon which students can "hang" facts and attach their own insights and experiences.
3. Setting the Stage for Forthcoming Activities
In nearly every class, we ask students to perform many tasks. We may ask them to read a novel intelligently, prepare a persuasive speech, solve a set of math problems, observe a dramatic presentation, or pass a difficult examination. In some instances, we use these tasks to assess their knowledge and achievement. In other cases, we view the task as an opportunity for students to learn. Whatever our purposes, we want our students to understand the nature and purpose of the assigned task, to have a clear sense of our expectations, and to be well equipped to successfully grapple with the material. One method of preparing students for their out-of-class learning is to set the stage with a lecture. If students were to watch a videotape of Mario Cuomo's speech to the 1984 Democratic convention, for instance, the instructor might lecture about the rhetorical environment in which the speech was delivered, highlighting Cuomo's background, his relationship to other candidates, and his likely role in the future of the Democratic Party. After listening to this kind of lecture, students should be reasonably well prepared to understand and learn from the speech.
4. Very High Interest/Enthusiasm for the Subject of Psychology
It is probably safe to say that students do not always come to our classes with a high level of intrinsic interest in the subject. If the class is required (e.g., finite math, microeconomics, public speaking, freshman composition, accounting), students may view it as little more than a potential impediment to their career or professional school goals, as something to be endured, or overcome. This attitude stands in sharp contrast to our own. As teachers, we have devoted our intellectual lives to exploring our disciplines as subjects of great interest and intrinsic worth. When we lecture, through the way we speak, we have the opportunity to show our students how we feel about the subject. If we speak with enthusiasm and energy, our students may eventually grow to better appreciate, and even enjoy, the subject. As Emerson once wrote, "the lecturer aims not to drill but to . . . set the hearts of youth aflame." However dramatic Emerson's statement, most of us can think of teachers with whom we studied who, through their love and enthusiasm, so influenced us that we were inspired to pursue our present disciplines. Like them, we, too, can teach with inspiration and conviction.
5. Providing a Public Speaking Role Model
Nearly every critique of higher education in America published during the past five years has bemoaned students' lack of oral and written communication skills. Every college graduate should be able to communicate effectively, to speak articulately and in an organized manner, to show a concern for clarity and conciseness, and to be able to support her views with evidence and sound reasoning. One way of attempting to improve students' oral communication skills is to ask every student to take a course in public speaking. Another way is to expose students on a daily basis to good communication role models. The more we demonstrate through our lectures the sorts of qualities alluded to above, the more likely we are to have a positive impact on the way our students communicate. If we cannot establish eye contact with our students, if we ramble in a disorganized fashion, if we are unable to support our assertions with evidence, we will be hard pressed to expect better things of our students.

I am familiar with the film industry. In particular I'm familiar with documentaries and small independent films. I've got $20 bucks here that says you're the sole editor and producer. Nine hours of footage would take a properly trained editor less then a week to edit down into 1.5 hours. Film students do more then that for there final films.

"In regards to the at-risk teen ranch. I don't know why you are saying that my wife and (I) collected money for the idea of the ranch. Show me proof of that. Oh, you can't because it never happened. The ranch, which we are still hoping one day will come to fruition is currently not an option."

Now in my original research into Mr. Moran I did find a website detailing more of the work Connie and he was doing on the ranch. But I can't find it now. Anyone out there have any more information on this? Please email it to me!

Now let us break down these primary results and see if Doug really got his "ass kicked" by a republican. WAIT a minute if you're a registered republican do you have the option of voting for a democrat in a primary. And vise versa? I don't think so!! The numbers are as follows:

Anonymous, if he was actually practicing what he claims, then we could contact the local boards that govern those practices and alert them. They would take appropriate actions and more then likely legal actions ASAP. The best I can think to do right now is alert the BBB to the website and possible fraudulent business. I still need to do that for this "Moran Companies". I did alert the BBB about "Moran Investigations" and it was shut down shortly afterwards. Coincidence? I don't know.

On all these links Mr. Moran claims to be from Millstadt. But in his posts yesterday he criticizes me from being from Millstadt. Actually admits to being from Dupo. {And in the first link above, he has an originally link to my Myspace account which directs you to this blog in turn debunking Lawrence Moran. BRILLIANT!} Edit: Turns out the link that is mentioned above will link you to the blog of whoever is logged into Myspace at the time. My Bad!

In this link he introduces himself as Lawrence Moran, that he is a film documentarian from Los Angeles, but currently live in the St. Louis area. What a spin! You should’ve gone into politics!
Then Mr. Moran mentions the libelous statements the St. Louis Post Dispatch wrote about him, but he reports similar libelous statements about Stephanie Miles. Real Smart.

As far as Mr. Moran’s findings go. You decide. I would think that if any of his work was for real, then he wouldn’t be posting it on Topix.com. But that is for you to decide.

I've been in contact with KMIZ. The reporter there familiar with the case doesn't believe this case will move forward. After reviewing what Mr. Moran has said recently, the KMIZ personal could only say, "...he doesn't even have his facts straight again."

Thank you all for your last set of comments on the blog. We all knew that Lawrence J. Moran's myspace wouldn't stay private for long. Where else can he post and control the debate?!?! There's someone else like that, who is it, that's right its Rush Limbaugh.

So lets go thru his "troll" blog and dissect it:

Over the past couple of years as I've been building my company moving out from under my private counseling and investigation businesses in St. Louis, Missouri and transitioning into criminal behavioral profiling full-time, my life has been busy to say the least. Business is finally becoming steady as I develop new partnerships with law-enforcemnt throughout the midwestern and southern states as well as developing a strong web-presence.

Well indeed your "company" has been in transition. You've gone from the failed "Moran Investigaions" (see my earlier blogs) to the "Moran Companies". Is any of that due to the fact I turned you into the Better Business Bureau and contacted the local authorities about you operating a private investigation business without a license? What happen to being based both in St. Louis, I mean Dupo, IL, and Los Angeles CA? My biggest question is how are you a private counselor now without any kind of professional license, THAT IS REAL? Finally, who the hell in law enforcement would partner with you? WHO?

I have a good friend back home in Beverly Hills, California. Daniel. He is an Internet executive for the Hilton Corporation (Hotels Division). He has been developing his own business on the side and even with all of his computer know-how, he is still struggling to build that strong web-presence.

Some "good friend"! With all this knowledge you have about developing a successful web presence you'd be the perfect person to show him how it's done!!

I have another very close friend back home who is an entrepreneur and legal advisor for CBS Television in Los Angeles. We grew up together. Went to high school together. Although we graduated from different high schools (he graduated from Culver City High and I graduated from Beverly Hills High) we have worked our entire lives to build something successful. Whether it has been his Formula One racing clothing company NIKMAS. My affiliation with Newburgh Theological Seminary (a relatively new education venture for Christians who desire a non-secular education). Or the promoting of his professional drumming skills working with some of the World's top musicians. We have worked tirelessly to build both credibility and financial stability into our lives.

WOW there is alot in this paragraph. So how do two people go to high school together but yet go to different high schools? Interesting. I guess you both still need to work on that "something successful" idea. Now I can't find anything using Google about "NIKMAS" and a Formula 1 racing clothing company. I believe I've already discredited the Newburgh Theological Seminary enought times earlier in this blog.

The two detectives who worked the case against former Freeburg teacher Samson Shelton and found beating victim Ashley Reeves barely alive received honors Tuesday from St. Clair County Sheriff Mearl Justus.
[UHM, beating victim? WHERE in the final charges against Shelton is he charged with beating her? Where is the medical proof that she was beaten? At this point Hundsdorfer's reporting becomes suspect!]

Sitting in the audience, Reeves watched as Investigator Mike Hundelt and Sgt. Danny Stockett each received their awards as patrol deputy of the year.

[The photo's make Reeves look pregnant. HMMMM. That sounds like a good follow up story to me!]

"Believe me. We appreciate you being here," Justus told Reeves during the award luncheon. "Capt. Steve Johnson, Danny Stockett, Mike Hundelt and everybody who worked on the case are glad you are here -- more than you will ever know."

[At the top of this article it says only two were going to be honored for this event. Can Beth not count to three?]

[I would like to know one reason why they (Johnson, Stockett, Hundelt and Justus) are glad you (Reeves) are there today.]

Reeves, now 19, didn't want to talk to a reporter, but posed for photographs with the deputies, detectives and assistant state's attorneys who helped find her and prosecuted Shelton.

"It's their day," said her mother, Michelle Reeves.

Individual detectives' roles in the investigation had not publicly been revealed because Shelton's case was pending.

[Not that you couldn't tell who was doing what from the video tapes and leaks to the press. BTW thanks Barney for the inside mis-information you gave us!]

Michelle Reeves called police April 27, 2006 to report Ashley, then 17, missing. Investigators Brad Clossen, Steve Mathis, Desmond Williams, Bob Dickerson began searching for her, opting not to treat it as "just a missing person report."

[Sounds like they should be honored too for their role. Guess they got slighted. OR wait are they not up for promotion or re-election yet?]

Freeburg Officer Steve Burrows questioned Shelton, then waited until sheriff's investigators came to the school to continue the interview.

[Too bad he wasn't honored! Court documents really show how he broke the law in "waiting" for the sheriffs to arrive.]

Deputies searched along Radio Range Road and three area parks as the questioning of Shelton continued, Capt. Tom Knapp said during the ceremony.

[Was that 'cause of their crack investigation skillz lead them there or Shelton told them to look there? Watch the court videos to find the answer to that one.]

"They were literally searching for the proverbial needle in the haystack," Knapp said.

[No, they followed a map to where Shelton told them to go.]

Shelton finally agreed to lead police to Reeves, who was lying unconscious and critically injured in dense underbrush in Citizens Park. She had been there nearly 30 hours. She was wet, covered with insect and animal bites and barely breathing, but she was alive.

[Again, where is the medical and legal proof for all that? And talk about looking for a needle in a haystack, its on tape were the investigators were gonna give up and Shelton says no lets look some more. Sounds like they really wanted to find that needle.]

Shelton told police he had tried to break off a relationship and Reeves became unruly; her neck popped during a struggle. He strangled her three times with a belt, took her to Citizens Park and dumped her.

[Beth, were was the beating that you reported earlier?]

OK, thats enough BS, I can't take any more. From the photo that appears with the article it sure looks like the Mayberry PD has no minimum height nor max weight requirements for its investigators! I guess they just need long enough arms to pat themselves on their back. WOW.

I was recently alerted to another more “prestigious” investigative journalist throwing stones when she lives in a glass house. Check it out here. The original article to that story appears in the Belleville News Democrat on Feb. 27, 2007 page 1A. And now Sunday I awake to find a story by Beth Hundsdorfer on the front page of the Belleville News Democrat's web site.

In response to the first dissuction board posting, I wrote and have expanded here:

You HAVE to watch who you get your news from! I’ve had this same problem with a Mr. Moran on the Fox 2 KTVI blogs (see below)! And from the 3 deleted posts something or someone is askew here as well. It doesn’t take much to find dirt on Beth Hundsdorfer. Beth’s myspace profile leads right to her daughter Kate. And Kate’s profile contains New Years Eve pictures of her daughters friends drinking at what must be Beth’s house (see below). I mean one picture shows Kate’s friend reaching for an adult beverage and the title of the picture is something to the effect of don’t touch that its my mom's.

I wonder what Ms. Hundsdorfer’s opinion is of Alec Baldwin’s recent trouble? Beth's daughter Kate makes references to fights with her mom in her own blog that seem very intense (see below).

This past week my 3 day suspension from Fox 2 KTVI's blog site expired. Having found out what exactly was wrong with my last post via a phone conversation with a web team member, I edited out the real name of the criminal profiler and lost the address and photo's of his "office" from my post. However it was still too hot for Fox 2 KTVI, and now I’m grounded until May 4^th.

The newest developments for Mr. Moran have been a complete lack of posts. Guess my investigations were successful in driving off the fraud. But readers beware Mr. Moran use to be known as Chief Detective. If you see him posting under a different name please let me know. Mr. Moran has also changed his web P.I. website. From what I've gathered if you hire Mr. Moran's agency you are actually hiring Jennings Smith. Since Moran still doesn't have a license on file in Illinois, Missouri, or any other state claimed in his posts.

Alright so I guess my blog was an invasion of privacy since I show picture of the address thats listed as a business but turns out to be a residential home. And my post was no more defamatory then his remarks towards people who disagree with him. How can you debunk someone and have them not think the posting is defamatory?

In actuality my post exposes a criminally offensible act by Mr. Moran. (Practicing Business without the appropriate license.) My Blog on FOX 2 KTVI was penalized!!!

My previous blog was first posted at Fox 2 KTVI blog area as well as here. But unfortunetly I posted Mr. Moran's address and phone number in my log. And for that I've been penalized by not being able to post for 3 days. I've since edited them out of the post but if you want to check my information, following the links.

To answer the comments of people that had left them before Fox deleted them read on.

Harp: I’m pretty sure it’s not stalking. I’m thinking it’s gathering all the facts and making a truly informed statement.

Rightwinger: I have attended church and Synagogues from time to time. I’ve listened to the lectures and the philosophies that are preached. There is something to be said about what goes on there. Now as far as spreading the gospel, I’m not undertaking that job. And if I am an “accuser of the brethren” then I alone will suffer and the consequences.

I believe Mr. Moran is falsely representing himself as a psychologist. His Christianity is his burden to bear.

I have no disillusionment about my educational background. I also don’t claim to have degrees I don’t have and misrepresent myself. I am a researcher. And destroying something beautiful like Criminal_Profilers disillusioned audience does bring me joy. I get pleasure in informing the uninformed, and if writing a well referenced report is stalking, then what are we teaching students by making them do research reports on say a President of the United States. No, I do not claim to be perfect. I’m sure my girlfriend will agree with me on that. And yes, I have decided to remain private, what do you need to know about me to understand the facts I’ve presented about Mr. Moran?

If I’m being psychoanalyzed I want someone who has been trained properly and gained experience under an already practicing professional. Not someone who signed a check and a disclaimer that they’ve read the required texts.

I was very recently clued into what Mr. Moran was ranting and raving about. Reading his accusations, diagnoses, and unsubstantiated statements just begged someone to take 10 minutes and expose his fiction. Ok it took 60 minutes and with my busy schedule I didn’t have time to write up this report until this afternoon. That’s called time management.

Since he posts on Fox Blogs I figured that’s the best place to inform his readers. What’s stupid about that? So I drove by and confirmed the address on my way home from work. Has Mr. Moran ever checked any of his facts that thoroughly?

Concerned: Thanks, but knowing the news agencies in the Metro area, they are quick to inform and present unbalanced stories. I would hope any news agency would check the credentials of anyone presenting facts on their broadcasts. But we all know how likely that’s going to happen when trying to be the first to break the story.

Corvairman: Read Larry’s blogs. He throws a lot of stones. I hope to have taken away a few of them by posting this.

I’m calling out one Dr. Lawrence J. Moran, Ph.D.

Frequenters of the Fox 2 KTVI and several other blogs know him as Criminal_Profiler.

Now where to begin?? Let’s start with his credentials, what exactly is his Doctorate of Philosophy for and where was it granted? In his own blogs he makes reference to a doctorate in clinical psychology from Oklahoma State University. In yet another post he claims to have a doctorate in forensic psychology. Oklahoma State University could not deny or confirm a Lawrence J. Moran as a student. But after exhausted searches of the internet I did find a Lawrence J. Moran in the St. Louis area having been granted a Ph.D. in Christian Counseling from Newburgh Theological Seminary and College of the Bible. And for a mere $2,195.00 you too can get your Ph.D. from a non-accredited college. Now as far as licenses to practice psychology, Lawrence J. Moran is licensed by National Christian Counseling Licensure Board. The NCCLB address is listed as {edited}. Google maps shows this to be a residential area and this is confirmed by the photos below. The phone number is {edit}. Diving further into Mr. Moran’s education, he lists a M.S. in addiction psychology from Capella University. Capella is an online University, and from what I see from a general scan of their website, I don’t see a M.S. in addiction psychology listed. Mr. Moran also lists a B.S. in Corrections and Criminology from Langston University. Your guess is as good as mine. Now back to that phone number, it’s also listed as the contact number for Moran Investigations, an investigative criminal profiling agency, with offices in St. Louis, Los Angeles, Seattle and New York City. Looking into private investigator and detective licenses in those states/cities showed no Moran Investigations listed. I did find an expired license for a Lawrence J. Moran in California as a general contractor, electrical, and plumbing but I’ll have to look into that one more at later time. Now I also find a site where Lawrence claims to be an Adjunct Professor at Lindenwood University. In this site he claims to have had a highly successful 17-year career as a professional actor in Hollywood. I guess highly successful is a matter of opinion.

Criminal profilers and offender profiling have been romanticized in recent TV shows and movies (Silence of the Lambs). Larry may claim to be criminal profiler but I just don’t think he has the credentials to be credible. If you are frequent reader of his, he "deals with stupid people every day at work". Now I don’t know for sure what Larry’s day job is, but if it’s in the field of Christian Counseling, I don’t think it is very Christian to call your clients stupid.
